Features

The Features endpoints let you check which Gravv features are available for your customers' accounts and enable them. Each feature has specific requirements that must be met before activation, such as KYC verification levels or additional provider data.

Available features

Gravv supports the following features:

Feature Description
Virtual Cards Issue and manage virtual debit/credit cards for customers
USD Account Create and manage USD currency accounts
EUR Account Create and manage EUR currency accounts
GBP Account Create and manage GBP currency accounts
International Transfers Send and receive international wire transfers

Features workflow

To enable a feature for a customer:

  1. List available features to see what features are supported
  2. Check feature eligibility to verify the customer meets all requirements
  3. Activate the feature by providing any required provider data

Feature requirements

Each feature has specific requirements that must be met before activation.

KYC requirements

Most features require the customer to complete KYC verification. The required KYC level varies by feature:

  • Virtual Cards: Intermediate KYC level required
  • Account features (USD, EUR, GBP): Basic KYC level required
  • International Transfers: Intermediate KYC level required

Provider data requirements

Some features require additional data during activation. This data is specific to the feature provider and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Feature activation status

Features can be in one of two states for a customer:

  • Activated: The feature is enabled, and the customer can use it
  • Not activated: The feature is available but not yet enabled for this customer
